Unless specifically exempted or referenced by Charter, ordinance, or their own operational rules, board and commission meeting minutes may be reviewed and approved by City Council by motion at a regular or special meeting of Council. City Council's review and approval of said minutes shall have the same force and effect as if the board or commission conducted said review and approval itself.
