Unless specifically exempted by the Charter or by Ordinance of the City Council, all members of any boards and commissions shall be electors of the City of Centerville. the terms “resident elector” and “qualified elector” have the same meaning as an “elector” of the City of Centerville. All references to a requirement that a member be a “resident” or “residents” of the City shall be superseded by this section.
