The functions of the Division of Equipment Maintenance shall be the responsibility of the Director of Service or his or her designee. The Director or his or her designee shall be responsible for the maintenance and repair of all vehicular and motorized equipment owned and operated by the City; shall formulate policies and procedures for the Division and its personnel; shall be responsible for the duties assigned to the Division; and shall have control of personnel as provided by this Administration Code and the Personnel Rules and Regulations.
