Operation of special vehicles on city streets is subject to all of the laws, rules and regulations of the State of Minnesota, including but not limited to the provisions contained within M.S. § 169.045, in addition to the requirement of a permit as contained herein. A condition of issuance of the permit is the permit holder acknowledges he/she is responsible for knowing said laws, rules and regulations.
