§ 74.03 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   Every person who operates a special vehicle on designated roadways shall first obtain a permit from the City Clerk. Each application for a permit shall give the name and address of the applicant, proof of registration of said special vehicle, if such registration is required by M.S. § 84.922, evidence of insurance, which meets the requirements of M.S. § 65B.48, Subd. 5 and such other information as the city may require and are authorized by law. All permits expire December 31 of the year in which the permit was issued. The City Council shall set the fees for such permits by resolution.
