§ 74.01 AUTHORIZATION.
   The operation of all-terrain vehicles, utility task vehicles and/or mini trucks ("special vehicles") on designated roadways within the city by persons having a valid permit issued by the city is hereby authorized as permitted and pursuant to M.S. § 169.045.
