§ 73.08 APPLICABLE STATE LAWS.

The provisions in M.S. Chapter 171 are not applicable to persons operating motorized golf carts under permit on designated roadways pursuant to this section. Except for the requirements of M.S. § 169.70, the provisions of M.S. Chapter 169 relating to equipment on vehicles are not applicable to motorized golf carts.
