Stormwater drainage fees for parcels of land shall be determined by multiplying the REF for a parcel’s land use by the parcel’s acreage and multiplying by 1.5. The resulting number shall be rounded up to the nearest whole number, which product shall then be multiplied by the stormwater drainage rate. The REF values for various land uses are as follows:

Land uses which do not fall within the categories of this section, including “Improved vacant” uses, shall be calculated on a case-by-case basis using 3700 square feet of impervious surface area as 1 REF.
