§ 53.29 PERSONS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE CONNECTIONS.
   No sewer services shall be constructed or tapped into the sewer system except by a master plumber, his or her agents, or a duly licensed contractor as licensed for such construction under the supervisions of a duly authorized representative of the city.
