§ 53.02 CONTROL BY THE INDIVIDUAL GOVERNMENTAL UNIT (IGU).
   The IGU shall have control and general supervision of all public sewer and service connections in their respective city and shall be responsible for adoption of this subchapter and for its administration to the end that a proper and efficient public sewer is maintained.
