In addition to other uses specifically identified elsewhere in this title, the following are permitted uses in the RR Rural Residential District.
(A) Farms, hobby farms, agriculture, nurseries, wholesale nurseries, greenhouses, and tree farms, not including animal feedlots regulated by § 205.19(C) (Keeping of Animals) of this title.
(B) Parks, trails, playgrounds, recreation, open space, and directly related buildings and structures.
(C) Single-family detached dwellings.
(D) State licensed residential facility serving 6 or fewer persons in a single-family detached dwelling.
