Every water customer shall provide a suitable and protected place where a meter can be installed which shall be reasonably convenient for the reading and service thereof. The duly authorized employees, contractors, or agents of the city shall have the right of entry upon the serviced premises at reasonable hours for the purpose of reading or maintaining meters.
