Enforcement of the provisions of this chapter shall be in accordance with Chapter 200 (Enforcement and Penalties) of this title. The city reserves the right upon issuing any interim use permits to inspect the premises to ensure compliance with the provisions of this chapter or any conditions additionally imposed. Violation of an issued permit or of the provisions of this chapter shall be grounds for termination of the interim use permit.
