§ 50.09 ACCUMULATIONS.

No person shall fail to dispose of garbage and rubbish accumulated upon property owned or occupied by him or her in a sanitary manner. Every person who shall fail or refuse to make provision for and secure the disposal shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
