§ 50.07 BOND.
   The franchisee or licensee(s) may be required to furnish a surety bond in such amount as the Council deems necessary running to and approved by the Council, guaranteeing his or her faithful and continuous performance of the terms of the franchise, license or contract and of this chapter.
