§ 170.20 DRAINAGE COURSES.
   Where stormwater from adjacent areas naturally passes through a subdivision, adequate provision shall be included in the subdivision for facilities to safely route the stormwater through the subdivision to its natural outlet, to maintain, or replace the natural water course.
