(A) Upon the first violation of this chapter, the penalty shall be a fine as set forth in the city fee schedule.
(B) Upon a second violation of this chapter within 3 years of the date of a first violation, the penalty shall be a fine as set forth in the city fee schedule.
(C) Upon a third violation within 5 years of a first violation, the penalty shall be a fine as set forth in the city fee schedule and a suspension of the licensee’s license for a total period of 5 business days, the specific dates to be determined by the Council and within 30 days of affirmation of the violation.
(D) Upon a fourth violation within 5 years of any prior violation, a fine as set forth in the city fee schedule and a suspension of 30 business days, the specific dates to be determined by Council.
