§ 110.36 MODIFICATIONS.
   (A)   Retail “on-sale” licenses shall permit the licensee to sell such non-intoxicating malt liquor for consumption on a licensed premises, and the license fee therefor shall be as set forth in the city fee schedule.
   (B)   “On-sale” licenses shall be granted only to drug stores, restaurants, hotels, clubs, bowling centers, golf courses, and establishments used exclusively for the sale of 3.2 liquor with the incidental sale of tobacco and soft drinks.
   (C)   The annual fee for “off-sale” licenses shall be as set forth in the city fee schedule.
