The city employees, its agents and contracted enforcement agents may, in connection with their municipal duties, enforce the provisions of this subchapter and shall have the authority to:
(A) Eject from any regulated area any person or persons violating any provision of this subchapter.
(B) Seize and confiscate any property, thing or device in any park used in violation of any of the provisions of the ordinances.
(C) Authorized personnel may issue citations for violations.
