§ 91.19 NOTIFICATION.
   Upon receipt of a complaint of a derelict or unlicensed vehicle left on private property, the City Clerk/Treasurer or his or her assigned shall investigate the complaint. If it is determined that a violation exits on the property, the Clerk may either notify the Police Department, or send notice of the violation to the occupant, requiring that the offensive vehicle(s) be removed within 10 days of the date of mailing of the notice. If the occupant fails or refuses to remove the vehicle(s) within 10 days, the City Clerk/Treasurer shall refer the violation to the Police Department.
