§ 91.18 DUTY OF OWNER TO REMOVE FROM PUBLIC PROPERTY.
   If a motor vehicle is abandoned or derelict on a public street or highway, or property owned or maintained by the city, it shall be the duty and responsibility of the owner of the motor vehicle to cause the removal thereof immediately.
