§ 91.16 DECLARED A HEALTH HAZARD.
   For the purposes of this subchapter, the City Council authorizes the City Clerk/Treasurer or his or her assigns, to declare any abandoned or derelict motor vehicle remaining on private property for in excess of 30 days a health hazard.
