135.04 DEVELOPMENT AND CONSTRUCTION PLAN REVIEW AND APPROVAL STANDARDS.
   (a)   The plan approval program attached to original Ordinance 2002-17 and marked as Exhibit “A” is hereby adopted.
   (b)   All costs for plan review and approval shall be paid for by the developer/applicant and collected prior to the issuance of any permit or occupancy certificate.
