(a) The construction and material specifications and engineering design guidelines attached to original Ordinance 2002-16 as Exhibit “A” and incorporated herein are adopted by the Village for all projects occurring within the jurisdiction of the Village.
(b) The Village Administrator or his designee is authorized to enforce any and all terms and provisions of the construction and material specifications and engineering design guidelines.
