Upon determination that a decedent has been considered indigent per the Ohio Attorney General’s Opinion #90-088 dated 11-14-1990 and is a legal resident of the Village, the Village Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to proceed with the handling of the decedent in accordance with the policy attached as Exhibit A in original Ordinance 2006-12.
