(a) In December of each year, the Village Fiscal Officer will prepare a yearly calendar of all regular Council meeting dates and times for the upcoming year, with no less than one meeting each month.
(b) Meetings shall be held in Village Council Chambers, or at such other public place provided that public notice is given twenty-four hours prior to the meeting time if the meeting location is other than the Village Council Chambers.
(c) The Fiscal Officer will provide the yearly calendar of all regular Council meetings to the Mount Vernon News, post the yearly calendar on of the door of the Village Council Chambers, and communicate to the public by such other means as directed by Council, the Mayor or the Village Administrator.
