(a) All eligible members of Council, in conformance with Ohio R.C. 731.13, shall be compensated starting January 1, 2012, by means of an annual salary in the amount of two thousand four hundred dollars ($2,400).
(b) Eligible Council members will no longer be compensated on a per meeting or other basis for their efforts undertaken on behalf of the Village.
(c) Council members not eligible to be compensated on a salary basis as of January 1, 2012, will continue to be compensated in conformance with the current pay structure until said Council members, or newly elected council members, become eligible for this salary.
