Village credit cards must be used only for purchases relating to vehicles owned or leased by the Village. Any other use is strictly forbidden, unless said employee receives written permission from the Village Administrator. All credit cards issued to Village employees must be returned to the Village Fiscal Officer or Village Administrator immediately upon the earlier of termination of employment or when authorization to use the card(s) is withdrawn.
