(a) The Village Administrator, the Personnel Officer and/or an employee's immediate supervisor will formally evaluate all full-time and regular part-time employees at least annually. Probationary employees shall be evaluated at the end of their probationary period. Employees serving promotional probationary periods, employees who transfer to another department, or new regular part-time employees shall be evaluated in the same manner.
(b) Each employee shall have the opportunity to meet with the Administrator, Personnel Officer or his/her supervisor to discuss each performance evaluation.
(c) Copies of performance evaluations shall be provided to Council for their review within 30 days of completion of the evaluations.
