The rate of charges for water service is set forth below. The rate of charges for water service for any users outside the Village’s municipal boundaries shall be an amount equal to 100% greater than the “Billing Charge” levied upon users within the Village municipal boundaries. For the purpose of this section, “bi-monthly” shall mean every two calendar months.
(a) Bi-Monthly Billing Rates effective through December 31, 2016:
