921.05 RIGHT OF INSPECTION.

The Village Administrator and any other duly authorized employees of the Village, bearing proper credentials and identification, shall be permitted to enter upon all properties for the purpose of inspection, observation, measurement, sampling, and testing in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
