913.11 STREET TREE PLAN FOR NEW DEVELOPMENTS.
   Any new street developed in a subdivision by a private developer and dedicated to the Village shall have a Street Tree Plan approved by the Shade Tree Commission. Thereafter, prior to the issuance of an occupancy permit for any residence in the subdivision, said developer shall post a bond with the Village for the cost of planting Street Tree(s) on the lot for said residence in
conformance with the approved Street Tree Plan. Within twelve (12) months of developer posting said bond, the Village shall arrange, and/or contract, for the planting of said Street Tree(s) on the lot for which the bond was posted. Said bond amount shall be equal to the Village's cost for Street Tree plantings in conformance with its annual tree planting bid in effect at the time of posting the bond.
