913.06 PROHIBITED TREES.

No type of Street Tree shall be planted that is prohibited by the Shade Tree Commission. Prohibited Trees include any trees not specifically identified on the official Street Tree list for the Village, unless otherwise specifically excepted in writing by the Shade Tree Commission.
