1323.01 APPOINTMENT.

For the purpose of enforcing the rules and regulations prescribed by Chapter 1321 and other ordinances, the Director of Public Service-Safety shall appoint a Plumbing Inspector or Inspectors of plumbing, sewer service connections and drains.
