(a) No person shall permit cut grass clippings from their lawn to collect and remain on the streets and/or gutters of the Village.
(b) No person shall rake or pile leaves from their lawn or property into the streets and/or gutters of the Village.
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
