521.14 UNSANITARY CONDITIONS.
   (a)   No person shall place, deposit or permit or have upon his premises, whether controlled, leased or owned by such person, any one or more of the following unsanitary fly-producing or disease or fire causing conditions:
      (1)   Animal manure which is not securely protected from flies;
      (2)   Filthy or littered cellars, houseyards, barnyards, factory grounds, vacant areas in the rear of stores and other buildings and vacant lots;
      (3)   Privies, vaults, cesspools, pits or like places which are not securely protected from flies and rats, or which are foul or malordorous;
      (4)   Garbage which is not securely protected from flies by covered receptacles;
      (5)   Trash, litter, rags or accumulations of empty barrels, boxes, crates, packing cases, tin cans, lumber not neatly piled or anything of an inflammable nature or in which flies or rats may breed or multiply or which may be a fire danger; or
      (6)   Ashes, paper, rubbish, bottles, tin cans or accumulations of trash of any kind or description.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
