505.11 HUNTING PROHIBITED.
   (a)   No person shall hunt, kill or attempt to kill any animal or fowl by the use of firearms, bow and arrow, air rifle or any other means within the corporate limits of the Municipality with the exception of the following:
      (1)   Deer hunting shall be permitted only for individuals in the active employment of or an elected official of the Municipality.
      (2)   It shall be unlawful for any person to hunt or take a deer without possessing a valid electronic or printed deer permit or deer management permit during any of the open deer seasons.
      (3)   No person shall hunt without first signing a Release of Liability issued by the Municipality for the current hunting season.
      (4)   Hunting shall be only permitted in accordance with the State of Ohio deer archery season and deer gun season.
      (5)   Hunting shall be permitted only in the areas designated herein as outlined in a map of the Village Farm.
      (6)   “No Trespassing” signs shall be visibly posted along the perimeter and worn paths of the designated hunting areas for the duration of the hunting season.
      (7)   Hunting hours shall only be permitted in compliance with the State of Ohio’s hunting laws and regulations.
      (8)   The hunter(s) shall observe any and all hunting regulations not addressed herein per the State of Ohio Department of Natural Resources Division of Wildlife.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
