(a) No owner or other person shall keep within the Village any swine, goats, male chickens, roosters, ducks, geese, horses or mules. The keeping of up to a maximum of eight (8) female chickens per household shall be permitted but said chickens must be kept confined at all times on the residential premises of the owner.

(b) No person shall permit any animals to run at large on any street, alley or other public ground within the Village.
(c) No owner, keeper or other person having charge or control of a dog, licensed or unlicensed, shall permit it to run at large on any street or on any public or private property within the Village. Dogs may be permitted to run at large on fenced-in private property of the owner, or of a person having charge or control of the owner, or of a person having charge or control of the dogs.
(d) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. (Ord. 78-7. Passed 5-8-78.)
