501.14 DRUG OFFENSE FINES AND BOND FORFEITURES; DRUG LAW ENFORCEMENT FUND.

(a) There is hereby created a Drug Law Enforcement Fund, pursuant to Ohio R.C. 2925.03(J) into which shall be deposited drug offense fines and bond forfeitures.

(b) Monies deposited into Drug Law Enforcement Fund shall be disbursed and used only to subsidize the Village's drug law enforcement efforts.
