The first two parking spaces going north on North Main Street from the northwest corner of the intersection of West Xenia Avenue and North Main Street be designated as ten minute parking spaces with parking restricted to a maximum of ten minutes at any one time to permit easy and fast access to the businesses on North Main Street in the Village for the benefit of those patrons who need only a short time to transact business and for the benefit of those businesses that provide service and goods to such customers.
