There shall be a “No Parking” zone established along the entire area of the street stub extension of North College Hill Drive north of the intersection of North College Hill Drive and Kyle Drive prohibiting the parking of motor vehicles at all times along that area of North College Hill Drive and the Village Administrator shall post the appropriate No Parking signs in that area.
