(a) Parking of motor vehicles in a Municipal parking lot, including but not limited to the following lots located at:
(1) South off E. Xenia, behind Second Act
(2) South off W. Xenia, adjacent to Cedar Care Village Pharmacy
(3) West off N. Main, just south of 41 N. Main
shall be permitted:
(1) Between the hours of 5:00 a.m and 2:00 a.m. daily.
(b) Parking of motor vehicles in any Municipal parking lot as indicated in section (a) above from 2:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m . daily shall be permitted only with a Village issued parking permit.
(c) The Village Administrator shall erect appropriate signs on site designating permitted hours of parking at all Municipal lots in the Village.
