(a) Parking of motor vehicles be restricted on Kyle Drive in the following manner: There shall be no parking of any motorized vehicles on the south side of Kyle Drive from the east property line of Dr. Smith’s medical building to the intersection of Kyle Drive and State Route 72 (North Main Street) in the Village of Cedarville.
(b) There shall be no parking on the north side of Kyle Drive from College Hill Drive to the intersection of Kyle Drive and State Route 72 (North Main Street) in the Village of Cedarville during the hours of 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. daily.
(c) The Village Administrator shall erect signs along Kyle Drive designating the no parking area as stated above and the curb is to be painted yellow to indicate no parking in the designated area. (Ord. 99-3. Passed 4-26-99.)
