Parking of motor vehicles on the east and west side of North Main Street from Orr Street to the north corporation line shall be prohibited with the following exceptions:
(a) Parking on the west side of North Main Street immediately across the street from the current location of Mom and Dad’s Dairy Bar be permitted for semi-trailer parking only for a maximum 30 minute period at any one time where marked and indicated by action of the Village Administrator.
(b) Parking on the east side of North Main Street within a 100 foot marked area between Center Street and the entrance to the current location of Mom and Dad’s Dairy Bar may be permitted for semi-trailer parking only for a maximum 30 minute period at any one time where marked and indicated by action of the Village Administrator.
