(a) Parking of motor vehicles is restricted on West Xenia Avenue where it intersects with Miller Street and Bridge Street in the following manner: There shall be no parking of any motorized vehicles on West Xenia Avenue within thirty feet of the intersection of West Xenia Avenue and Miller Street and the intersection of West Xenia Avenue and Bridge Street.
(b) The Village Administrator shall paint the east and west curbs yellow within thirty feet of the aforementioned intersections thereby designating those areas as no parking areas for motorized vehicles.
(c) The only exception to the aforementioned parking ban will be in the event the funeral home located on West Xenia Avenue needs additional parking for viewings and/or funerals, but such exception shall only be in effect during those specific times of said viewings and funerals when found to be necessary for parking of funeral home visitors.
