351.14 PARKING OF BUSSES, CERTAIN TRUCKS, TRACTORS AND TRAILERS.
   No person shall park any bus, a truck weighing over 5,000 pounds empty, tractor or trailer, or permit the same to be parked on any street or alley within the Village for a period longer than one hour. The provisions of this section shall not apply to any truck, tractor or trailer which is parked while loading or unloading merchandise, nor to the parking of a bus, truck, tractor or trailer during the time when the driver or passengers thereof have stopped to eat or for other necessary purposes, nor when such parking is necessitated by an emergency or by an act of God. No person shall park or cause to be parked any trailer or semitrailer upon the streets or alleys of the Village when such trailer or semitrailer is not attached to a tractor of motor power used therewith.
