(a) The use and positioning of portable basketball goals and/or homemade skateboard/bicycle ramps on or near the public streets or rights of way of the Village that would encourage individuals to play in the public streets and/or rights of way in order to use said portable basketball goals or skateboard/bicycle ramps shall be prohibited.
(b) No person shall play at any game on any public streets, right of way or alley in the Village.
(c) A violation of the section shall result in a citation for a minor misdemeanor and penalized accordingly. (Ord. 2007-03. Passed 8-27.07.)
