(a) A traffic control plan is required for any work that will obstruct the normal flow of vehicular or pedestrian traffic. This plan should be included with the permit application.
(b) The permittee is obligated to ensure that all necessary barriers and warning devices as approved in the permit are securely and conspicuously placed at or near the work site to ensure the safety of the general public.
(c) Any changes to the traffic control plan as approved in the permit need to be approved by the Village Administrator prior to implementation.
