751.09 ENFORCEMENT.

To preserve the safety and well-being of all parties in the Village, the provisions of this chapter will be strictly enforced. Whoever is found to be in violation of any provision of this chapter may be ordered by any Village Police Officer or the Cedarville Township Fire Chief to immediately cease all operations of said business.
