1305.03 DESIGNATION OF COUNTY BUILDING REGULATIONS DEPARTMENT AS INSPECTOR.

   The Building Regulations Department of the County is hereby designated as the Building Inspector for all nonindustrialized one, two and three-family dwellings within the Village. Such Building Regulations Department shall have the sole authority and responsibility of interpretation and enforcement of the Building Code and the Plumbing Code herein adopted.
